Today is a very special day for me and my little family... and for that reason I'm in a very celebratory mood! What am I celebrating? Well, it was exactly 1 year ago today that I the sweetest, most lovable little boy came into my life! Yep, my little baby boy turns 1 today! How has a year passed already? As you can probably imagine the party planner in me has been in overdrive as I've been working extra hard to make things uber special and over-the-top. Because isn't that what moms are supposed to do? Make their children feel loved and special? {continued...}

When I think back about his first year, I remember our first days in the hospital, I remember his first smile, the first time he started crawling, and the very first time he stood up by himself. And now as I watch him walk from the living room into the foyer of our home...I'm completely amazed by how quick this 1st year has flown by. And now more than ever, I constantly have to remind myself to take more pictures. Because, it's true, they grow up so fast. So off I go to celebrate my little boy's 1st year...but before I go, I'm going to leave you with this little celebratory inspired wedding palette. This one is dedicated to my sweet, smiley boy who just so happens to love balloons.
