Wedding Colors I Love | Shades of Yellow + Gray

So I know I've shared this palette often over the years, but I just can't help myself! I'm completely captured by the way that these shades seem to balance one another out. Yellow is lively, and festive and absolutely fun. While gray serves as a sophisticated neutral with it's cool and calming undertones.

So totally charming. Am I right? Want to know why these colors work? Well, it's obvious they were totally made for one another. But the truth is that it comes back to an old (and wise) principle. You know the one. Opposites attract! Isn't that the truth? So if you're ever wondering how to make a dynamic palette full of eye catching goodness... I totally urge you to pair opposite hues. Because what's not to love? It's a concept that's as old as time, but it really is fail proof!
