{wedding wardrobe}: something blue

Deciding what my bridal party would wear had to be one of the most exciting parts of planning for me. Because let's face it... your bridal party's attire really is a great opportunity to make a big statement when it comes to your overall color palette and wedding style. What color dresses would my bridesmaids wear? And what about accessories? From jewelry to heels and everything in between, there really is no shortage of pretty ways to dress your bridal party. Try not to feel overwhelmed though! I promise it can be fun and easy!

{1. blue hees: zappos, 2. bib necklace: baublebar, 3. floral print dress: modcloth, 4. bowtie: elite solid 5. bib necklace: baublebar, 6. earrings: baublebar, 7. flame flats: kate spade, 8. sapphire ring: allurez, 9. necktie: ties.

Blue is such an amazing color! And I think it must be obvious that it's on my brain here lately because just a few days ago I devoted an entire post to the color. Personally, I'm really loving the idea of floral printed dresses for bridesmaids! Prints and patterns are all the rage nowadays and so why not spice things up a bit by mixing in an unexpected print? I also love the idea of pairing a printed dress with a solid heel. Plus what's not to love about these fun bib necklaces? Need a little something blue for yourself? Why not try these pearl embellished flats on for size?
