Fall in Love! A Palette of Mustard, Cranberry, Latte + White

{Shades of Yellow, Cranberry, Latte + White}

I've long been a fan of the color yellow. I've also been accused of making way too many yellow palettes and not giving the other colors on the color wheel equal attention. I guess I'm a little guilty of playing favorites when it comes to one of my favorite colors. So sue me! Here lately, I've wanted to challenge myself to think of some new colors to pair with yellow. It seems like for the past few months all I've wanted to do is pair yellow with gray. And that's not to say I'll never do a yellow + gray board again. Because to be honest I have one in the works that I'm excited to share with you. In any case, I love the warmth of this palette. Pairing this mustard shade with subtle hints of cranberry and latte really comes across as warm and beautiful. {continued...}

Photo Booth Portrait + Place Setting

I'm quite smitten with quite a few of the ideas in this board. I adore the mustard back drop that these newlyweds used for their photo booth. The patten is both bold yet very delicate. Plus, who isn't loving this creative program design! Oh, and I don't know about you, but I think it's so daring for that bride to have worn a mustard colored sweater over her bridal gown. I surely couldn't have pulled that off. But she, however, pulled it off and then some! Her entire look is breath taking with her feather fascinator and her gorgeous jewelry. Plus I think the sweetheart neckline on her gown is simply perfect for her. Hope y'all are having a great week! Yes, I just said y'all! I'm a Georgia girl, what can I say!
