{Barn Chic 'I Do's}: A Palette of Aqua, Chocolate brown, Camel & White

{Aqua, Chocolate brown, Camel & White}

Happy Friday everyone! I hope this palette finds you doing well. This palette admittedly started out being a pretty simple palette of aqua + white. But then I found the image of those decadent looking cupcakes and noticed a touch of camel color popping out from underneath that delicious looking white frosting. Don't those look decadent? What a perfect palette, I thought! It was then that I just knew I had to try combining white with aqua, camel & a small touch of chocolate. So here it is! I'm really loving the idea of a spring wedding on an old rustic farm. Some of the ideas that I used for this palette was the use of that toile pattern on the invitations. So pretty and perfect for a Spring wedding. Plus, as we all know Spring weather can be quite unpredictable so why not be prepared and have a pair of matching wellies waiting in the wings in case rain decides to make an appearance on your wedding day? {continued...}

Bridesmaid Dress & Rustic Barn Reception

Also, I personally think this barn venue is just so charming. Why not have your reception someplace like this? Someplace off the beaten path? Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's the perfect venue for a wedding because you don't have to dress it up much to make it look fun and interesting. Oh, and what's not to love about these bridesmaid dresses? I'm loving what happens when aqua and chiffon meet. So pretty! So tell me, are you doing anything fun this weekend?
