{Lime Green & Navy Blue}

There is no better time to use the color apple green than Spring and Summer! It's just one of those colors that was made for these seasons! Bright, vibrant and full of fun, apple green looks really great when paired with navy blue! I have to admit, when I got Allie's email to me about this color palette, I was beyond excited to put together some fun inspiration & instantly had ideas about all the little details! So here are my ideas for her upcoming wedding! First of all bridal party attire is a must when it comes to figuring out the look for your wedding! I decided to have bridesmaids wear navy blue dresses with sweetheart necklines & satin sashes. {continued...}

Details We Love
Bridal Party Attire & Table Number Design

Invitations and accessories were all chosen to coordinate while vibrant green bouquets stood out against the navy blue color of the fabric. Attention to detail was paid in many ways like the place cards that were handwritten by a professional calligraphist and the fun table numbers! As a special treat guests enjoyed apple flavored signature cocktails!

I went to a wedding with this color palette last summer on the beach and it was so very beautiful ...The navy looks great on just about everyone (I also chose navy for our big day) and the bright colors of the green in the details makes for such a wonderful highlight. The men at this wedding wore green and navy striped ties which was also a wonderful fashion statement. Love it so much! Thanks for sharing : )

Hi

I agree the above colours look great, who said blue and green should never be seen?
I was wondering if you could share your thoughts on plum and sage green with pink (in the flowers only, am having all pink frangipani's).

thanks

I am not usually a fan of green but I love the apple green when paired with the navy blue. It accents the blue very well.

this is exactly what i used for my big day. i received a lot of compliments for the "fresh" color choice. our deacon even took a moment during our ceremony to offer his compliments and stated how "refreshing it is not to be surrounded by pink". i love, love, love your board!!

Just love these colors together. The apple green really pops against the navy! And that clutch is awesome!

I was so pleased to see your sharing because blue is the favorite color of my partner and green is mine. So I think that with the help of your info, I can surprise my soul mate by planning the whole wedding with this color scheme.

How refreshing! I love this! Every detail of this is perfect without being super overboard with the lime green! Hit it out of the park once again!
