{When Life Hands You Lemons}: Make Lemonade!

I had so much fun putting together the last inspiration board with a strawberry theme that I thought to myself, why not put together an entire series of boards using various fruits as the main theme? Besides Spring and Summer are the perfect time to incorporate fun fruit-inspired themes! So with a lemon inspired wedding in mind, this is what I came up with! Quite frankly lemons & the color yellow kind of go hand in hand. So if you are using a yellow palette, you might want to think about using lemons here and there to convey a Summery, laid back vibe. Some of my favorite ideas in this board include the use of the lemon motif on the wedding cake, the beautiful handmade bridesmaids clutches and what better favor to give to your guest than lemon scented soaps! Oh, and this wedding would surely not be complete without an old timey lemonade stand and lemon iced cupcakes!
