With a glam New Year's Eve celebration in mind, this dream team of wedding pros made magic happen on this day!
Love & Lemons led the design team and with florals by Umlaut and Ampersand? Let's just say we're in for a real feast for the eyes today, m'dears! And lucky for us, Bailey Michelle Photography was there to capture it all!
From the design team, "The new year signifies new beginnings together and so for our editorial wedding shoot, we dreamt up a black tie, elegant affair with a theatrical twist."
"Our love of going to the ballet during the holiday season inspired the blend of theater and wedding beauty."
"To tie in some Seattle style, we’re also celebrating Pantone’s selection of "greenery," as the color of the year for 2017."
"And we did so with different types of coniferous stems you'd find all over the Pacific Northwest."
"Located atop Hotel Ballard, Stoneburner's Olympic Pavilion Rooftop is a unique venue with views of the city hills and the blue waters of the Puget Sound."

"The off the shoulder sleeves hung down her arms forming a soft wrap around her body."
"His Michel Kors suit brought out the GQ groom in him. Sleek, fitted, and all black except his crisp white shirt and dainty white boutonniere gave him a magazine worthy look with no fuss"
"They each had ballet backgrounds and wanted to show that off. They donned real botanicals formed into masks while performing a dramatic dance for all to enjoy."
"Their tablescape had to be as sophisticated as they were. We chose a color palette of black, white, silver, and gold elements decorated the table..."
"...along with an adorable clock – set to midnight, of course, to signify their start of the new life journey into the new year."
"The subtle mix of textures from the silky table lines, the soft roses, sleek flatware, to the spiny evergreens gave the eye something to look at every angle."
"The metallics flickered in the candlelight and glowed under the moon. Including the gold flecked sweet treat that greeted each guest upon sitting."
The final kiss of the night was magic! An aisle runner draped the gorgeous fireplace for a sitting vignette that read “Kiss Like There’s No Midnight”
"The runner read the lyrics from the nostalgic song “Auld Lang Syne” so guests could sing along while the couple had their final moment of the night, sprinkled with metallic confetti.
"So many other beautiful elements decorated this inspirational shoot with love and care from each vendor involved."
"The invitation suite by Kelly Lee Designs provided the perfect preview for the stylish affair."
"With black rose watercolor pattern, lustrous black and white calligraphy and a striking black wax seal people knew this was a celebration not to be missed!
From the floral designer, "When Angela and I discussed doing the floral pieces for the shoot, we discussed a lot of the elements from the color palette to some unique ideas including the masquerade masks."
"I built two pieces, a very simple black mask using rose petals for texture and spraying them black for our groom."
"..and the wintry chocolate and buttercream frosted cake by Eat More Cake by Candice was dripping from the top and adorned with gold flakes, greenery, and berries."
Hair and makeup by Pacific Brides was flawless. And this gorgeous gown by THEIA? Swoon.
More from the floral designer, "for the bride, I used rose petals and different sizes of phalaenopsis blooms and used gold paint to graduate the mask from gold to white for extra drama."
"I went heavy with the greenery in other pieces, framing the ceremony site with a garland of fir, cedar, pine, finger eucalyptus and seeded eucalyptus."
"The more texture the better! I carried that greenery into the bridal bouquet using the same greens as well as white roses, garden roses, parrot tulips, veronica, ranunculus, anemones and mini phalaenopsis."
"I personally think the more texture the better so when I found anemones with the purple and black centers I was so excited because that encouraged me to look for privet berries."
"They have such a good kind of dark aubergine to black color and are a gorgeous textural element. Everything was finished with long black satin ribbon."
