Daily Dose Of Color | Navy Blue + Rose Gold Wedding Fête
With event design so good it'll make you say "holy pretty," this bohemian inspired fête by Modern Whimsy Events and with florals by Merveille Events has got me feeling oh-so inspired on this beautiful Wednesday morning!
So inspired, in fact, that I'm thanking my lucky stars that Caitlin McWeeney Photography was there to capture every little detail because the creativity here is off the charts!
From the design team, "We wanted to feature navy blue and rose gold in a fun and light setting. With navy blue being such a bold color it is often times used in a heavier decor direction..."
"...so pairing it with the rose gold elements and colorful floral really breaths new life and depth to this scheme."
"I hand-dyed a table runner (ombré is still sooo good!), and really wanted to create that romantic but whimsical feel to the tablescape."
A cocktail area was set up with vintage rentals by Birch and Brass which was both inviting and stylish.
Texture galore added so much charm to this shoot and I simply love this dress design by Hayley Paige from Second Summer Bride.
And how lovely are these modern place settings with custom menus and place cards by Archer and Olive?
Make no mistake about it — this team of pros made magic happen on this day! Because what's not to love?
One of my favorite details is this ombré runner...
And who isn't loving these shimmery rose gold mercury glass vases?
A modern tabletop incorporated a boho feel done oh-so right!
And these two? So super sweet, if you ask me!
Beauty could be discovered around every corner on this day...
...and I just love this charming venue with its cute, homey feel. Barr Mansion, you sure are pretty!
There's so much to love about this beautiful shoot and the way that each moment unfolded...
And gah! I just can't get over the details! Like this amazing rose gold ink calligraphy.
It's the kind of event design that works so well with bolder colors like these.
...and I just can't go without mentioning my love for these swoon-worthy invitations.
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!
Anemones proved to be the perfect addition to this stunning bouquet.
And how gorgeous are all of these details?
Such a simple display and yet such an eye catching presentation.
It's a look that's easily duplicated and it's one that's exuding so much elegance too.
Brass candlesticks added and upscale feel...
...and how great is this sequin backdrop by Oh Happy Day Booth? love, love, love! It's one part hipster, and one part fairytale...
... and it's a whole lot of sweet! Speaking of sweets... Donut, anyone?
Yes, please! I'll take two. Because yeah.. this all just looks so delish!
Swooning hard over this darling dessert display, you guys!
And how gorgeous is this golden hour shot? Beautiful doesn't even begin to describe it.
More from the design team, "Our models are a real-life couple; married for 18 years with 7 kids! They are just as in love as they were the day they met. Having them there really made this shoot feel extra special."
