{Sponsored Post}: Introducing Seating Chart Boutique!

When it comes to weddings, I can't stress to you how important the idea of assigned seating is at your wedding reception. And here's why! One of my friends recently tied the knot and although I couldn't make it to her wedding, she was sure to share with me her wedding re-cap! Although her wedding day was absolutely lovely, she did have a couple of things she would have done differently if given the opportunity!

One of her biggest regrets, she said, was not having assigned seating. She said it was very chaotic not having assigned seats. Families ended up getting split up, and were sitting with old college friends. The bridal party ended up sitting at different tables. There was even one instance where a couple was split up! And although that might not seem like the end of the world, believe it or not, it's important to your guests to be seated next to the people who they are closest to.

Seating charts are a lovely way to not only tell your guests which table they are to be seated at, but they also give you the opportunity to incorporate your color palette and/or any theme that you may have. So you might be thinking to yourself, where do you even purchase seating charts? Well, I'm here to let you in on this little secret of mine. There is a shop called the Seating Chart Boutique and it's full of lovely designs!

Their collection is truly a lovely one. With 23 standard colors and 250 custom colors, they actually encourage you to request their free color palette! As we all know, colors can vary widely from monitor to monitor, but their printed charts will show you the exact colors so you can be sure you’re ordering the right color! Totally helpful, right?

Some brides choose to go with escort cards instead of seating charts. And while either option is does the job, it's important to note escort card tables look nice initially, however, once guests start picking up their cards, the display isn't as impactful and you are left with a sparse array of cards. So if you're on the fence, perhaps this will give you something to think about.

Also something important to keep in mind is that depending on the number of guests, seating charts can actually be a more cost effective alternative to escort cards. So if money is tight, you might want to consider a customized seating chart display that incorporates your personal color palette. Oh, and don't worry, if you're looking for a custom design, they do those too!

Great for any event with seating assignments — weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, corporate parties, or holiday parties, the Seating Chart Boutique is your one stop shop!

What do I love most about the Seating Chart Boutique? That would definitely be the fact that they have so many color, graphics, and font choices as well as finishing options like mounting & framing! Oh, and who doesn't love a shop that has a fast turnaround time?

If you haven't figured out your seating chart already, it's definitely something that needs to go on your to-do list! Believe me, my friend is seriously kicking herself for not having worked out a seating chart. I think it's just one of those things that brides tend to push off 'til the very end of their planning and then they a lot of times never get around to it. Don't let this happen to you! Want a beautiful presentation that will 'wow' your guests? Well, then you need to stop by the Seating Chart Boutique. xo
