{Chocolate Brown, Sage Green, Latte & Ivory}
A rustic retreat is really the perfect setting for your wedding. Be it an old lodge or a log cabin somewhere in the mountains, saying I do in settings like these really reminds you and your guests of a simpler time. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's in places like these that weddings can really take your guests to another world! That's why I'm in love with the idea of a having wedding like this. For this bride, I put together a palette of brown, green and ivory. Simple and understated this palette communicates a certain depth and character that really makes it easy to communicate beauty and simple elegance. Some of my favorite ideas in this board include the symbolism of the old tree, the silverware tied with twine and that rustic log cake stand!

I'm a fan of bright colours, but this collage is absolutely lovely. Those thank you notes are fantastic - on my way to the Etsy store right now.

Such beautiful colors - warm, comforting and so very welcoming! Thanks for sharing :)
I SO TOTALLY HEART THIS!!!!!
This is the exact color combination I'm using! I love it! I think I am going to use the log round cake base idea! So beautiful and rustic!
I love, love, love, this palette! I was stuck with the vibrant, jungley green we had initially chosen, it's hard with a fall wedding in the mountains. Something like this will work so much better for the venues we are looking at in Banff National Park.
