So it's 2010! And just like everyone else, I'm making resolutions! One of my resolutions for the new year has to do with The Perfect Palette! Put simply, I want to challenge myself to think of new color palettes for you all. I have to say that I've really enjoyed having a place to share my color & wedding design ideas. It's definitely a fun outlet to have. For this bride, I started off with the common palette of ivory and gold. Classic, clean and beautiful, this palette defines traditional elegance. {continued...}

But instead of stopping there with this palette I decided to incorporate a touch of chocolate brown & even a splash of light peach. I love the ornate feel of this wedding concept, with it's attention to detail & soft overall feel. I think this palette would look lovely in a Winter wedding.

This is a beautiful board! Your blog is so inspiring (maybe even over-inspiring!). I just cannot choose a color palette for my upcoming wedding. It will be in August of this year. I've had an idea floating around in my head--cornflower blue, apple green, ivory paisley. I adore paisley prints. I'm not sure how it could work in a wedding scheme, but if you come across anything, I think it would make a lovely inspiration board! Happy New Year, Perfect Palette.
