Blush pink marries quite nicely when paired with this chocolatey shade of brown. The softness of pink is perfectly complimented by the masculine richnesss of chocolate. This design was created especially for a bride named Julie who is planning to marry on a plantation in South Carolina. Oh how I loved the ideas that Julie came to me with. Julie said that they wanted their wedding to feel very charming & quaint with subtle nods to their southern upbringings. Bridesmaids wore light pink tea length gowns that were accented with chocolate brown sashes. In lieu of floral centerpieces each reception table had a 2 teir wedding cake displayed on a simple cake stand. This choice proved to be both budget friendly & charming. {continued...}

The bride wore a vintage all lace dress and wore blush pink heels. The ceremony took place underneath an old oak tree which made for lovely photo opportunities and a truly special day! The bride & groom made their get-a-way in an old rustic pick up truck that had a "just married'' sign attached. Guests went home with specialty cupcakes and a sweet thank you from the newlyweds.
