Oh the colors yellow & black. What a truly fun pair they make. I am absolutely loving this color palette. What's not to love right? For this design, Megan came to me and asked to choose her color palette for her upcoming wedding. She admitted that she was torn between hot pink and black & yellow and black. Easy choice if you ask me! Yellow and black is so different and there are so many fun things you can do with these colors! In my design for Megan, I incorporated a centerpiece design that was both whimsical and modern. A subtle polka dot motif added personality while black vases added an edgy feel to the tables. Yellow plate chargers gave the tables an extra pop of color and a white crisp napkin was neatly folded in place. Ladies wore lovely yellow dresses accented with a black sash while groomsmen wore black pin striped suits. The bride wore a lovely yellow head piece and a pair of yellow shoes. It's quirky & fun details like this that guests appreciated and would remember for years to come. Guests went home with homemade honey & a sincere thank you from the newlyweds.
