Inspiration Board # 111: Burnt Orange, Chocolate Brown + White

March 3, 2009
{Burnt Orange, Chocolate Brown + White}

This is yet another one of the palettes that I created for my very own wedding. Although burnt orange and brown are not new in any way when it comes to designing weddings for the fall, I think there is always room for putting a new spin on it. In my palette I gave my bridesmaids brown v neck chocolate brown dresses. Orange damask accents were used throughout the day and really added some extra unexpected interest and personality. Pine cones were used as place cards and the guest book was designed to incorporate our monogram. To add some spunk to the girls attire, I gave them orange shoes. Tiger lilies were used in bouquets and in centerpieces and really popped against the chocolate colored dresses.

All your boards are gorgeous but I love this one. It's so very Fall-like but I just don't think orange gets all the credit it deserves. Beautiful!
