The Perfect Palette is Born!

February 13, 2009
Welcome to the Perfect Palette! A place where design & color meet your wedding day!

First off, to all of the engaged ladies out there~ Congratulations! I know this is a such an exciting time in your life. I too recently got engaged in October, and I've been having such fun with all the planning. Too much fun probably!

I never imagined that I would find myself planning my own wedding and having the opportunity to help inspire the look of 100's of other brides wedding's too.

For the last few months, I've been offering my help to others by creating customized inspiration boards based on what the bride's colors are, and what kind of mood they are going for.

I'm bursting with ideas, so much so, that I decided I needed a proper home house these ideas.

I decided to make a place where I could share my ideas, my designs, and my love for wedding planning at the request of the many soon-to-be brides that I've been creating inspiration boards for here lately.

Here you will find my collection of wedding inspiration boards that I've created for other brides-to-be.

I am absolutely thrilled to have had the opportunity to help so many of you, and because of this I decided what better way to continue sharing my wedding ideas than to start a blog dedicated to helping brides determine their wedding color palette, their style & the overall look of their special day.

So many times I've come across brides who may know the colors they like but they are unsure about how to coordinate it all. That's where I come in.

All I ask is, if you decide to post one of my boards in your bio please give me credit. I would appreciate it :)

In addition, if you would like to see a board in full screen- simply click on the image.

Hello!! I am having a military wedding (marine corps) In June. My FI will be the only one wearing his uniform and he is wearing the dress uniform ( a black blouse and white pants in place of the traditional blue pants.) I have had a hard time deciding colors because I didn't not want the traditional red for a military wedding. I have decided on Black and white as the main colors with accents of yellows. I am not sure how this will go together or what shade of yellow will be best. Any ideas?
